The Forgiveness Sadhana includes 2 audio files:
· Forgiving those who have hurt us
· Forgiveness from those whom we have hurt
When you practice Forgiveness - you can release any pain, suffering, resentment or anger. You will be able to accept people as they are and not be hindered by your own negative emotions or thoughts.
It is important to not only practice Forgiveness to others – but also to oneself.
According to the Law of Karma or the Law of Consequence - if you show Mercy to others, Mercy will be shown to you.
The Law of Mercy and Forgiveness is “higher” than the Law of Consequence. So practicing Forgiveness helps to offset one’s negative Karma.
